The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Representative in our Mom and Baby division, you will be part of a dynamic team of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a comprehensive support system. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, and overseeing orders nationwide. You will interface with existing customers to determine their needs, present blithequark's services, and handle inbound and outbound calls and emails. Your performance will be measured against key metrics, including customer service, phone metrics, gross profit, and closing percentage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience
  • Oversee orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Interface with existing customers to determine their needs and provide personalized support and recommendations
  • Presentation of blithequark's services, highlighting the benefits and value we offer to expectant mothers and families
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with customers to provide equipment and sizing troubleshooting, ensuring they receive the right products and support
  • Prompt follow-up for services promised or rendered, maintaining open lines of communication and building trust with our customers
  • Enter new customer demographics and update changes to existing accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Documentation processing, including verification of insurance, order entry, and data maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
  • Other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative in our Mom and Baby division, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
  • Microsoft Office computer skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and care
  • 1+ years of multiple phone line experience, with the ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of our customers
