Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a quiet, secured workspace that meets our security and privacy standards
  • Reside in Texas (please note that if you live in AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MS, NC, OK, SC, UT, VA, or WY, you will need to apply through a state-specific requisition)
  • Have at least 1 year of customer service experience, with a professional and positive attitude
  • Be proficient in using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Be able to thrive in a highly structured environment, with open availability for evenings and weekends
