About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Consultant to join our team in a full remote capacity. As a Customer Success Consultant at blithequark, you will play a critical role in resolving customer inquiries, onboarding new customers, and ensuring a seamless experience for our commercial contract accounts and new program implementations. Your expertise will enable our Account Managers and Account Executives to focus on selling, while you provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries related to service/non-selling issues, ensuring successful resolution and a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation of our products and services
  • Determine the root cause of issues, including delivery, website updates, credit/billing, order quotes, product/stock, returns, and vendor inquiries
  • Facilitate installations and communicate updates to customers and Account Managers/Executives
  • Record and report on issues resolved, tracking all activity handled in Salesforce and submitting reports to management
  • Educate end-users on self-service options and customer service, promoting efficiency and effectiveness
  • Implement or facilitate improvements to procedures, services, or products, and develop new ideas, methods, techniques, services, and products

What You Bring to the Table

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to interface with customers at the Manager, Director, or VP levels
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a demanding and unpredictable workload with efficiency and poise
  • Strong knowledge of Business Essentials, including facility and breakroom, technology products, business furniture, print and promotional products
  • The ability to function independently with minimal daily supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of business experience
  • 6+ months experience using Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
