Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details, correcting errors, and organizing the information to optimize swift and accurate data capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering and updating information into relevant databases with precision and speed.
  • Ensuring data is backed up regularly and informing relevant parties regarding any errors encountered during the data entry process.
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval and handling additional duties as assigned from time to time.

Communication and Liaison

An integral part of your role will involve liaising with and following up with employees within blithequark as well as with our valued customers to collect necessary information. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in building rapport with stakeholders and ensuring seamless data collection and entry processes.

Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in data entry, administration, or a related area.
  • A good command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • The ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed, demonstrating proficient touch typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
