As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and optimizing customer journeys, engagement, and retention for our streaming services. **Work Overview**
As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap
* Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
* Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
* Proactively pitching product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition
* Collaborating with our data analytics team to develop and maintain data-driven insights and recommendations
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, and data analysis
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and apply complex data
* Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle)
* Experience in the streaming services industry is a plus
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, and data analysis
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer experience platforms
* Certification in data analysis or marketing is a plus
