**Key Responsibilities**
As a French Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing top-notch customer support to our clients in English or French, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with our team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support, exceeding their expectations on every contact
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, and using this knowledge to provide personalized support and solutions
* Working closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Advanced English and French language skills, both written and spoken
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding client expectations

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or BPO environment
* Knowledge of the telecommunications or technology industry, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments
* Experience working with CRM systems and other customer service software
* Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
