**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage local and remote resources, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across the organization
• Assist the global organization in defining and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Develop and leverage our knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues
• Identify opportunities for automation, documentation, and process improvement to reduce requests and enhance efficiency
• Set high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization
• Guide the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success

**Essential Qualifications**
• 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations
• 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager
• Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Experience working in a cloud-based environment, with a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and automation initiatives
