You'll work closely with our team to deliver training, support, and analysis, and will be the primary point of contact for all business record and charging issues. With a strong focus on proactive problem-solving and a deep understanding of our clients' needs, you'll be the expert that our clients rely on to help them achieve their goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to USG and enterprise clients, including training, support, and analysis * Work closely with our team to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients * Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, jumping deep to understand the root causes of problems * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business record and charging issues, serving as the expert for our clients * Collaborate with our sales and account management teams to deliver seamless customer experiences * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or business-to-business environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g. AWS, Amazon EC2, Amazon S3) * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Customer Experience Professional) * Experience working with government or enterprise clients * Fluency in a second language (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
