As a remote customer service representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clients to deliver outstanding customer experiences that exceed expectations. **Job Summary** As a remote customer service representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across a variety of industries. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls, as well as via chat and email, helping them with all their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Provide exceptional customer service to clients across a variety of industries, responding to inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior representatives as needed * Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to access client information and resolve customer issues * Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings **Schedule** * Flexible work schedule options available, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours * Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, with flexible start and end times * Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to work more hours as needed **Earnings & Revenue** * Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour * Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with incentives available for meeting or exceeding performance metrics * Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics, including bonuses and rewards for exceptional customer service **Required Skills for Success** * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Proven track record in customer service and delivering **Technology & Equipment Requirements** * Quiet and secure work environment during working hours, with minimal distractions and interruptions * Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, with a wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity * Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11, with valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, with an authentication app * Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used, with some clients accepting AppleOS **Work Environment Requirements** * Quiet, uninterrupted space, with an organized desk area and minimal distractions * Must have a dedicated workspace with a door that can be closed to minimize interruptions * Must have a reliable internet connection and a computer that meets the minimum requirements **Important Information** * We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC * Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check * We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico **Contractual Relationship** * The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship, with you remaining an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment * blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark * When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave,
