As a Senior Client Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Advisors and clients, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, including preparing for client meetings, maintaining client records, and processing transactions

- Collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop and implement business strategies, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing client relationships
- Prepare and analyze financial data, reports, and other documents to support business decisions and client needs
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance and support to clients and Financial Advisors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Financial Advisors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in business and client administration, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong client service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
