 - Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
 - Proactively pitch product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition
 - Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with customers and promote our streaming services
 - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and concerns on social media platforms
 - Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improving customer experience
 
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in the streaming services industry or a related field
 - Strong analytical skills with the capacity to comprehend and apply complex data
 - Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle)
