Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues via telephone, email, chat, social media, or reviews.
  • Log call details onto call tracking systems and perform follow-ups according to established procedures.
  • Support consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying their needs, recommending products, and offering after-sales support.
  • Forward escalations and defined topics to the respective brand units or contact persons, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • De-escalate complaints, offering solutions within established procedures, policies, or guidelines, and transfer non-standard cases to the client's or designated partner for resolution.
  • Ensure accurate representation of the client's corporate image in all interactions, generating exceptional customer experiences through outstanding service and personal care on all channels.
