Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Navigating through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, utilizing your technical skills to work efficiently.
  • Differentiating between various claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Identifying specific document types that require special handling, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure work is completed according to designated turnaround times, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability.

Additional Responsibilities
