You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding plan benefits and options * Provide solutions to help simplify the healthcare experience for members * Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on plan benefits and options * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery **Essential Qualifications:** * 1 year experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * High School Diploma or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications:** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * At least 6 months of healthcare experience **Work from Home Opportunity:** As a Work from Home (WFH) Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
