Position Overview: Remote High School & Middle School Math Instructor / Tutor

We are actively seeking enthusiastic, mathematically‑adept individuals to join our instructional team on an immediate basis. As a Remote Math Instructor/Tutor, you will deliver the Mathnasium Method™ to students in a virtual or hybrid format, assess progress through data‑driven metrics, and foster a love for mathematics that extends beyond the classroom.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver Personalized Instruction: Conduct one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring sessions, adapting the Mathnasium Method™ to each student’s learning style, curriculum standards, and academic goals.
  • Curriculum Mastery: Utilize Mathnasium’s proprietary materials covering Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre‑Calculus, and high‑school level statistics to create engaging lessons.
  • Progress Monitoring: Employ diagnostic assessments, weekly quizzes, and digital dashboards to track student performance, identify gaps, and adjust instructional plans accordingly.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Coordinate with fellow tutors, the Center Director, and the Academic Support Team to share insights, develop best practices, and ensure consistency across the learning experience.
