Position Summary – Driving Targeted Growth Through Account‑Based Marketing

We are searching for a dynamic, data‑driven Integrated Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to spearhead 1:1 and 1‑few ABM campaigns that accelerate pipeline creation and revenue for high‑value accounts. Reporting directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and other Marketing disciplines to design, launch, and optimize personalized, multi‑channel initiatives. Your expertise in Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and gifting platforms will enable you to craft compelling buyer journeys that deepen relationships and maximize ROI.

Core Responsibilities – What You’ll Own

Strategic ABM Planning & Execution

  • Develop & Execute Personalized Campaigns: Create bespoke 1:1 strategies for marquee accounts and scalable 1‑few programs that resonate with buying committees.
  • Account Mapping & Insights: Conduct deep account research to identify key stakeholders, pain points, and buying triggers, feeding these insights into the campaign architecture.
  • Goal Setting & KPI Definition: Define measurable objectives (pipeline contribution, engagement rates, revenue influence) and align them with overall sales targets.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Sales Alignment: Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to co‑create account plans, ensuring marketing activities complement sales motions.
  • Customer Success Integration: Work with Success Managers to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, feeding them into ABM workflows.

Multi‑Channel Campaign Management

Data‑Driven Optimization & Reporting

  • Executive Reporting: Produce monthly and quarterly ABM performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Content Creation & Personalization

  • Account‑Specific Assets: Craft custom videos, infographics, case studies, and proposal templates tailored to individual account needs.
  • Dynamic Content Experiences: Implement personalization tokens and smart content within websites and landing pages to deliver real‑time relevance.

Enablement & Training

  • ABM Enablement Workshops: Conduct virtual training sessions for sales and customer success teams, covering ABM best practices, platform navigation, and follow‑up strategies.

  • Professional Background: Minimum 7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to ABM strategy and execution.
  • Technology Proficiency: Advanced user of Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and gifting platforms (e.g., Sendoso, Loop). Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Campaign Success Record: Proven ability to design high‑ROI, multi‑channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
