Job Overview and Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and financially savvy individual to join our Finance Center of Excellence team as a Summer 2025 Intern. As a finance intern, you will work closely with our team to deliver real results in the areas of accounting, finance, financial planning and analysis, and financial operations. Your responsibilities will include working on various financial tasks, ad hoc projects assigned by the department, and partnering with current associates of the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP). You will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of the aerospace industry, learn about our company and its operations, and appreciate how each discipline and department contributes to the success of our products and customer partnerships.
- Work closely with the P&W Finance COE team to deliver real results in the areas of accounting, finance, financial planning and analysis, DT finance, or financial operations
- Collaborate with the team to complete various financial tasks and ad hoc projects assigned by the department
- Partner with current associates of the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) to gain valuable insights and experience
- Develop an understanding of the aerospace industry and our company's operations
- Learn about the different disciplines and departments that contribute to the success of our products and customer partnerships
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, as this position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
- Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related majors
- Have at least 30 credits prior to starting your internship
- Graduating between Fall 2025 or later
- Have a GPA of 3.2 or higher
We prefer candidates who are proactive and results-driven, with excellent analytical and communication skills, creative problem-solving skills, and adaptability in responding to new business challenges. A strong background in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PPT, and Outlook, is also desirable. Classroom or other experience in computer information systems, such as SAP/ERP/S4 knowledge/framework, is a plus.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $37,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) match.
