Position Overview

As an IT Lead Analyst specializing in Workday Recruiting & Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of managing end-to-end system operations, driving enhancements, and fostering collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize our recruiting processes. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that our Workday Recruiting module is fully utilized, customized to meet our specific needs, and integrated with other HR systems to create a cohesive and efficient talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Management: Lead multiple full lifecycle implementations of the Workday Recruiting module, encompassing end-to-end support and maintenance. This includes overseeing system configurations, business process workflows, custom objects, security, and integrations with external HR systems such as Phenom, Infor, and Indeed.
  • System Enhancements & Customizations: Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve recruiting processes, drive automation, and enhance user experience. Perform system configurations, manage data loads (EIBs), and maintain Sandbox environments to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to changing organizational needs.
  • Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within Workday HCM and recruiting modules by monitoring data feeds, conducting regular audits, and addressing any discrepancies promptly. This role requires a meticulous approach to data management, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of data quality.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Utilize Workday reporting tools to generate regular and ad-hoc reports on recruiting metrics, trends, and compliance. These insights will be invaluable for decision-making, allowing the organization to refine its talent acquisition strategies and optimize its recruiting processes.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Foster close working relationships with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, understand needs, and provide expert guidance on system capabilities and best practices. Effective collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams will also be essential in this role.
  • System Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date system documentation, including process workflows, configurations, and standard operating procedures. This documentation will serve as a critical resource for knowledge sharing and will facilitate the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the system.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Lead or Manager in implementing and managing Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition workstreams. Hands-on experience with Workday's Recruiting module, including configuration, integrations, business processes, reporting, and security, is required.
