Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Kitchen and Bath Project Designer at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in their home improvement journeys. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and planning kitchen and bath projects, taking into account customer needs, preferences, and budgets
  • Conducting virtual consultations with customers to discuss their project requirements and provide expert advice and guidance
  • Creating detailed designs, plans, and specifications for kitchen and bath projects, using specialized software and tools
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Supporting In Stock initiatives in our stores, including managing sample and brochure inventory, and restocking as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from simple renovations to complex new builds. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, products, and technologies, and to continuously develop your skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in kitchen and bath design, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong design and planning skills, with the ability to create detailed designs and plans
  • Proficiency in specialized software, including design and planning tools
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Experience with project management software and tools
