Key Responsibilities

  • The Aspire Programme: Liaise with Best Hopes, take delegated budget approval decisions, and arrange planned events to ensure the successful delivery of this initiative.
  • The Roffey Park Leadership Development Programme: Arrange events, liaise with participants, and collaborate with Roffey Park to provide a comprehensive and engaging leadership development experience.
  • The Management Development Programme: Work with internal 'customers' and external training providers to ensure the timely provision of required events, supporting the growth and development of our management team.
  • The Mental Health First Aider Network: Provide coordination and support for arranging further training, supervision webinars, and maintaining a healthy online peer supervision network, promoting the well-being and mental health of our employees.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in education or a related field, with experience of working with training suppliers and partners. You will possess knowledge and understanding of invoicing processes and have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop effective working partnerships. Experience of working within social care is desirable, and you will be committed to providing high-quality support and services to our stakeholders.
