Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Tasks: Submit worked hours and maintain ongoing availability in TutorCruncher. Ensure timely updates of client goal progress in the Goals Portal.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance coaching skills and stay updated on best practices in education and behavioral coaching.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with behavioral, social, or emotional challenges.
• Availability for at least 3 weekdays from 3 pm to 7 pm, with occasional morning and weekend hours.
• Strong personal organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online management platforms and strong communication skills across multiple mediums (in-person, email, etc.).
• A commitment to working with a client for a minimum of six months and having a reliable transportation source.
• A valid CA Mandated Reporter Training Certificate of Completion (required before providing client services).

Preferred Qualifications
