With a strong brick-and-mortar presence, we are expanding our e-commerce operations to provide an industry-leading online shopping experience. <br><br><strong>Position Summary </strong><br><br>The General Manager, E-Commerce Sales & Operations, handles overseeing and driving all aspects of Frontier Justice's online sales and operations. This role focuses on revenue growth, customer experience, inventory management, and logistics. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a passion for e-commerce, firearms retail, and omnichannel strategies. <br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <br><br><strong>E-Commerce Strategy & Growth </strong><br><ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and improve profitability. </li><li>Identify new revenue opportunities, including product expansion, partnerships, and promotions. </li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and e-commerce best practices to maintain Frontier Justice's market leadership. </li></ul><br><strong>Sales & Digital Marketing </strong><br><ul><li>Own the online revenue targets and sales performance, optimizing conversion rates and customer retention. </li><li>In Partnership with Marketing, oversee digital marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy. </li><li>Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling online promotions and content that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty. </li><li>Implement A/B testing strategies to refine user experience and increase conversion rates. </li></ul><br><strong>Customer Experience & Website Optimization</strong> <br><ul><li>Ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints, including website, mobile, and customer service. </li><li>Works to enhance website functionality, navigation, and checkout process. </li><li>Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and support requests to continuously improve service levels and satisfaction. </li></ul><br><strong>Inventory, Fulfillment & Logistics </strong><br><ul><li>Oversee e-commerce inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing out-of-stock situations. </li><li>Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to streamline fulfillment. </li><li>Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors. </li></ul><br><strong>Compliance & Security </strong><br><ul><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local firearm regulations for online sales and shipping. </li><li>Work with legal and compliance teams to uphold ATF and other regulatory requirements. </li><li>Implement best practices for fraud prevention, cybersecurity, and secure payment processing. </li></ul><br><strong>Data Analytics & Performance Metrics </strong><br><ul><li>Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce success, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. </li><li>Use data analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions. </li><li>Provide regular reports to executive leadership with actionable recommendations for growth. </li></ul><br><strong>Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration </strong><br><ul><li>Foster collaboration between e-commerce, retail, marketing, and fulfillment to ensure a unified brand experience across all sales channels. </li><li>Provide training and support to internal teams on e-commerce best practices and emerging trends. </li></ul><br> <br>Requirements<br><br><strong> Qualifications & Experience</strong> <br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or firearms-related industries. </li><li>Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, Ship Station, etc.), CRM, ERP, and NetSuite analytics tools. </li><li>Experience with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and digital marketing strategies. </li><li>Understanding firearms industry regulations and online sales compliance is highly preferred . </li><li>Proven ability to drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and manage large product catalogs. </li><li>Strong leadership skills. </li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. </li><li>Passion for the firearms industry, Second Amendment rights, and outdoor lifestyle is a plus. </li></ul><br> <br>Salary Description<br> <br>Base Salary + Incentive Opportunities
