          Responsibilities
- Handle recurring administrative and operational tasks.
 - Support financial workflows (trade reconciliations, uploading receipts, journal entries).
 - Interface with CPAs, auditors, and fund administrators for document coordination.
 - Assist with entity formation, document filing, and ad-hoc projects.
 - Provide accurate, detail-oriented support with minimal supervision.
 
- Experience with administrative and financial support tasks.
 - Familiarity with Xero (accounting software) preferred.
 - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow financial protocols.
 - Comfortable interfacing with external stakeholders (CPAs, auditors).
 - Ability to learn internal tools and processes quickly.
 
$500 - $800 a month
