You will be responsible for ensuring that every Coca‑Cola product—whether on shelf, cooler, or promotional display—is fully stocked, accurately priced, attractively presented, and rotated to guarantee peak freshness. Your work directly influences store sales, brand perception, and the overall shopper experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Display Construction & Maintenance: Build, modify, or dismantle point‑of‑sale displays; ensure signage is up‑to‑date, clean, and consistent with brand guidelines; promptly remove damaged or outdated items.
  • Inventory Management: Organize back‑room storage, conduct daily cycle counts, and report inventory levels to the store’s account manager; apply FIFO (First‑In, First‑Out) principles to maximize product freshness.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect product date codes, rotate stock, and handle any expired or damaged cases; complete necessary paperwork for returns, repackaging, or disposal.
  • Digital Communication & Reporting: Capture and upload shift recap photos via the Teams app; document out‑of‑stock situations, customer concerns, and any corrective actions taken; maintain clear, real‑time communication with sales and store personnel.
  • Relationship Building: Foster professional, courteous relationships with store managers, staff, and fellow Heartland teammates; act as an ambassador for the Coca‑Cola brand.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while operating pallet jacks, lift trucks, and other equipment; adhere to company policies, local regulations, and OSHA guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred); minimum of one year of relevant work experience in retail, grocery, warehousing, or manual‑labor environments.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States and minimum age of 18.
