  • Student Matching & Scheduling: Set your weekly availability in the Littera tutor dashboard and commit to a consistent hour(s) on the same days each week, fostering strong tutor‑student relationships.
  • Curriculum Preparation: Review and customize provided lesson materials to suit each student’s learning style, ensuring every session is purposeful and engaging.
  • Live Virtual Instruction: Conduct 1‑to‑3 student tutoring sessions via our secure video platform, delivering clear explanations in both Spanish and English.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instructional strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Technology Management: Maintain a reliable laptop/desktop with Chrome, a webcam, headset, and high‑speed internet; troubleshoot minor technical issues on the fly.
