REMOTE BILINGUAL TECHNICAL CSR NEEDED!
                                About the position
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative position at Kelly Services involves providing technical support to customers in both English and Spanish. This fully remote role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with technical issues via phone or email. The representative will log results in a ticketing system and collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
• Provide Technical Support to both English & Spanish speaking customers

• Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting & resolving technical issues

• Log results in ticketing system, escalate when needed

• Work with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
• Must possess a High School Diploma, GED or greater
,
• 6+ months experience with technical support, call center or help desk
,
• Be flexible and a good communicator
,
• Computer literate
,
• Must be completely fluent in both English & Spanish
,
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as necessary
,
• Familiar with CCH Pro Systems fx, CCH Access Tax is a plus
,
• Background checks required
