Job Overview
The Program Director and Clinical Faculty will play a pivotal role in the administration, coordination, and teaching of the online EdD program in Organizational Leadership. This is a full-time, fixed-term, 12-month appointment at the rank of clinical assistant, associate, or full professor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and representing the program, developing and maintaining the curriculum, teaching courses, overseeing admissions, and supporting students. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and represent the program to internal and external audiences, ensuring the achievement of program metrics and outcomes.
 - Develop and maintain the curriculum and co-curricular elements of the program, facilitating course development and updates as needed.
 - Teach courses in the program commensurate with expertise, providing high-quality instruction and mentorship to students.
 - Oversee the admissions process, including admissions criteria and a rolling admissions process, and provide guidance to team members and faculty reviewing applications.
 - Identify instructors needed for course delivery, oversee the hiring, section assignments, support, and assessment of section instructors.
 - Ensure student services personnel have accurate curriculum and program information, and review and help resolve student issues and requests requiring academic approval.
 - Facilitate the management and completion of capstone projects, ensuring compliance with School of Education and Graduate School requirements.
 - Design, support, and participate in immersions, leading and/or participating in the creation and implementation of in-person experiences for the program.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- An earned doctorate in organizational leadership or a closely related field.
 - Experience in curriculum and course development, as well as teaching in, and/or management of, online graduate programs in organizational leadership or a closely aligned field.
 - Leadership experience in nonprofit, community, or business settings, with a demonstrated ability to draw connections between social science research and leadership practice.

- Recent professional experience with directing and teaching in graduate online programs in organizational leadership or closely related fields.
