Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Operations Manager and Coach Trainee for the USA market. Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening. Provide feedback and coaching to ensure high performance and career growth for associates.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that all customer needs are met, and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Performance and Sales Growth: Drive the financial performance and sales of designated store areas by analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Develop and implement action plans to address deficiencies and improve overall store operations.
  • Talent Management and Development: Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and well-being of all associates.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Support the Open Door Policy and provide guidance on applying these principles in business processes and practices.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following minimum qualification requirements:

  • 2 years of college
  • 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
  • 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience

Additionally, for facilities that sell firearms, you must be willing to undergo a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and complete Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities selling ammunition with state-specific requirements, you may need a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibilities including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
