Key Responsibilities

As a (USA) Coach/Ops Mgr Trainee, you will be responsible for leading and developing teams effectively, modeling exceptional customer service standards, driving financial performance and sales, providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, coordinating job-related activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback
  • Modeling and demonstrating exceptional customer service standards, managing customer service initiatives, and ensuring customer needs are successfully resolved
  • Driving financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L statements, managing expenses, monitoring merchandise presentation, and developing action plans to mitigate shrink
  • Providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and ensuring diversity and inclusion awareness
  • Coordinating job-related activities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, implementing related action plans, and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to lead and develop teams, model exceptional customer service standards, and drive financial performance and sales
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be an asset in this role:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
