Your excellent phone etiquette and communication skills will ensure that all customer interactions are professional and courteous. You will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding customer service performance metrics and talk time goals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls and take messages overnight to pass on to client companies
• Utilize computerized systems to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and courteous
• Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and talk time goals

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Ability to arrive on time and work an overnight schedule, including one night over the weekends
