**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Service Associate – Remote Banking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to and resolving inbound customer requests related to bank products and services
* Providing professional and courteous customer support via various communication channels (phone, chat, and email)
* Identifying customer concerns or needs, resolving the inquiry or recommending the best solution
