About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Part Time Seasonal Associate, working from the comfort of your own home. As a remote employee, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Customer Service: You'll be the face of PetSmart, providing exceptional customer service to our pet parents, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
