Responsibilities
• Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators) with precision and artistry
• Educate patients and create personalized, results-focused treatment plans
• Collaborate with leadership to refine protocols and elevate the patient experience
• Contribute to building a high-performing team and culture
• Uphold the core values of the practice: authenticity, excellence, and patient empowerment
Qualifications
• Active RN, NP, or PA license in Virginia
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and product selection
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
• Leadership mindset and desire to help build a thriving team
• Willingness to learn new modalities and grow with the practice

Salary Options:
Commission or hourly plus options and a range of $50-$65 plus Bonus based on experience.
