Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, clinically oriented pharmacist to join our Remote Pharmacy Services team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medication‑therapy management, order verification, and interdisciplinary consultations for acute‑care hospitals across Connecticut. Core Responsibilities

As a Remote Hospital Clinical Pharmacist, you will be the clinical backbone of our virtual pharmacy team. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Remote Order Entry & CPOE Verification: Review, verify, and enter medication orders using computerized provider order entry (CPOE) systems, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with hospital protocols.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 – 4 years of clinical experience in an acute‑care, inpatient hospital setting is strongly preferred.
