Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results‑oriented Remote Principal Digital Marketing Manager to lead our affiliate partner channel and spearhead cutting‑edge marketing technology initiatives. In this senior role, you will partner with internal analytics, media, and technology teams, as well as external agencies, to design, execute, and continuously improve high‑performing digital campaigns that align with Discover’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

 - Compliance & Risk Management: Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to secure approvals, enforce brand guidelines, and mitigate any customer‑impacting issues.
 - Performance Monitoring: Establish rigorous KPI dashboards, conduct deep‑dive analyses, and iterate on tactics to exceed benchmarks for ROI, CPA, and LTV.

Essential Qualifications
