Title: Remote Senior Product Owner – Crew Data Platforms & Predictive Analytics Solution Development
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based, preferably Eastern Time Zone)
Reports To: General Manager – Data Products
Key Collaboration Partners: IT, Crew Data Insights, Flight Operations, Crew Resources, Operational Data Store (ODS), AI/ML workstreams, Finance, and Senior Leadership

What You’ll Own – Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Data Architecture: Design, develop, and govern new data structures and pipelines that unify crew‑related information across the organization, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and ready for advanced analytics.
  • Roadmap Execution: Translate business objectives into a clear, multi‑phase product roadmap, working hand‑in‑hand with technology, operational, and financial teams to deliver high‑impact enhancements on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Enablement: Partner with predictive‑analytics teams, simulation engineers, and AI/ML developers to understand their data needs and deliver reusable, self‑service data assets that accelerate model building and insight generation.
  • Technology Evaluation & Adoption: Identify emerging tools, platforms, and cloud services that can improve data ingestion, storage, transformation, and delivery, and champion their adoption across the crew data ecosystem.
  • Cross‑Functional Communication: Produce concise, data‑driven executive briefs, dashboards, and presentations that articulate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Safety & Compliance Advocacy: Embed safety‑first thinking into every data‑related process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, privacy standards, and Delta’s internal security policies.
