Why This Role Stands Out

We are looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated professional to serve as a Program Manager / Customer Success Specialist for our Licensed Vocational School (LVS). This is more than a traditional administrative position – it blends program management, student advocacy, government liaison, and strategic communication into one rewarding role. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own Every Day

  • Student Journey Management: Guide pre‑qualified learners through the entire enrollment pipeline, providing personalized support, answering questions, and ensuring timely completion of government applications.
  • Government & Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for Local Workforce Boards (LWFB) and other partner agencies, fostering strong relationships and facilitating smooth information flow.
  • Email & Communication Oversight: Craft clear, compelling email correspondence, maintain organized inboxes, and promptly respond to stakeholder inquiries without resorting to cold‑calling.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Read, organize, and author government forms, compliance reports, and application materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Leverage Google Sheets and Google Analytics to track enrollment metrics, student progress, and program outcomes, presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Content Creation: Write blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates that highlight student success stories, program benefits, and policy changes.
  • Operational Support: Assist the school director with occasional “odd jobs” such as scheduling webinars, updating the LMS, and managing calendar events.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the enrollment process, propose solutions, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and student satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications – The Foundations of Success

  • Proven experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and a track record of managing complex documents and data sets.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, demonstrated through prior experience in professional email writing, blog creation, or academic documentation.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to navigate ambiguous regulatory requirements with confidence.
  • Fluent English communication, both written and spoken, with an articulate, client‑focused demeanor.
