Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and construction of various projects across the company, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery, coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders, including senior management, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and conducting regular site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards are being met.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Lead project meetings and ensure action items are assigned and completed, upholding the company's values and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

Essential Qualifications:

• A degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• A professional certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of design and construction principles, including building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
