You will work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, collaborate with pharmacy leaders on team training plans, and assist with front-end processes and workflow issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation
  • Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions
  • Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed
  • Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Working alongside pharmacists to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our pharmacy operations

Pay Range and Salary Information

The typical pay range for this role is between $18.50 and $34.60 per hour. Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Lead Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will need:

  • A verifiable High School Diploma or GED
  • Certification, licensure, or registration as a pharmacy technician, or as required by state law
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • PTCB National Certification
