  • Knowledgeable care for various customer needs, with the ability to maintain a deep understanding of U-Haul's products and services
  • Ability to display empathy in adverse environments, showing empathy and understanding when assisting with customer concerns
  • Efficiency in navigation, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems with speed and accuracy
  • Typing and language skills, with a normal typing speed and strong spelling and grammar skills for professional written communication
