Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, live chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and escalate issues as needed, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support

Essential Qualifications
