About the Role: Recruiter, Customer Excellence

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on all levels of the Customer Excellence organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting, with a proven track record of success in hiring for complex roles. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting process for various roles within the Customer Excellence organization, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
  • Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure a consistent pipeline of top talent.
  • Participate in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events, to promote Smartsheet's brand and attract potential candidates.
  • Lead or contribute to multiple internal Smartsheet projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned, with a focus on contributing to the growth and success of the Customer Excellence team.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting a variety of complex roles.
  • Proven success in hiring for evergreen and single-threaded roles, with a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects, and relationships, with a strong focus on organization and time management.
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience, with a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment services.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse), with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and work independently.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry, with a understanding of the latest trends and innovations in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Certifications or training in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, such as AIRS, CPRW, or PHR.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to track and measure recruitment metrics and KPIs.

  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and recruitment strategies, with a strong focus on flexibility and agility.
