About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting our FIFA partnership with the 2026 World Cup by leveraging your relationship-building skills to create meaningful connections with hiring managers and identify the best candidates to fill vacancies. Key Responsibilities
- Own a full-cycle recruiting requisition load of 15-25 requisitions at any given time, ensuring timely and effective recruitment processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess needs and develop recruiting plans/strategies that support talent initiatives and ensure an exceptional hiring experience
- Post job openings and creatively generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions using a variety of recruiting methods and resources
- Manage the candidate selection/interview process to ensure a best-in-class hiring experience for each candidate
- Negotiate and support the offer process, ensuring that candidates embody the mission, vision, and values of the company
- Partner with the HR and Diversity and Inclusion Teams to assist in initiatives around sourcing strategies and the creation of an inclusive interview experience
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all recruitment activities
Essential Qualifications
- 4-6 years of recruiting experience within a large matrixed organization, with a proven track record of success in proactive recruitment strategies
- Experience proactively building diverse candidate pipelines in Finance & Accounting, with a strong understanding of the skills and competencies required for these roles
- Comfortable with deadline-driven priorities in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a high level of organization
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ATS experience, preferably Workday, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
- Experience with evaluating, creating, and managing Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategies, with a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess a network of potential candidates, with established relationships and a strong understanding of the recruitment market
- Experience with Workday as an ATS, with the ability to leverage this system to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience
- Experience recruiting globally, with a strong understanding of the cultural and regulatory nuances of international recruitment
- Passion for sports hospitality, overall culture, and what's relevant in the world today, with a desire to contribute to the success of On Location and Endeavor
