Key Responsibilities

As a Region Sales Manager at Workwarp, you will be responsible for delivering on annual sales goals, managing the overall field execution of our bottling partners at the retail level, and leading the implementation and development of all bottler communication strategies and initiatives. Your exceptional negotiation and strategic selling skills will be essential in maximizing growth and mutual ownership of execution expectations. You will also lead the relationship development with sales management of our bottling partners and vertical leaders of retail companies, engaging and motivating our bottler sales teams to optimize sales objectives through strategic leadership.

  • Deliver on annual sales goals and manage the overall field execution of our bottling partners at the retail level
  • Lead the implementation and development of all bottler communication strategies and initiatives
  • Negotiate and strategically sell to maximize growth and mutual ownership of execution expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales management of our bottling partners and vertical leaders of retail companies
  • Engage and motivate our bottler sales teams to optimize sales objectives through strategic leadership
  • Collaborate with our Regional Marketing Manager to maximize regional opportunities
  • Design, plan, and participate in external meetings that support our field team in achieving sales goals
  • Monitor product inventory levels and communicate potential problems to Senior Leadership

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, as well as 5+ years of DSD account management experience. You must reside within Omaha, NE, or Des Moines, IA (or within 50 miles of those locations). Beverage industry experience is preferred, but CPG experience is required. You must be self-motivated, coachable, and highly organized with a strong desire to grow and produce results.

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of DSD account management experience
  • Location residence within Omaha, NE, or Des Moines, IA (or within 50 miles of those locations)
  • Beverage industry experience preferred, CPG experience required
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and highly organized with a strong desire to grow and produce results
  • Experience in cold call sales and territory management
  • High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach with entrepreneurial skill set
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability and willingness to lift 40-50lbs

In addition to the requirements and qualifications, you will need to have exceptional communication skills, the ability to concisely articulate initiatives and actionable steps to our broader team and distributor partners, and the ability to develop and present creative and results-oriented presentations to key customers. You must be a team player who easily works cross-functionally with other team members to develop and implement sales, corporate, and field marketing initiatives at the customer level.

We offer a competitive salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position. Travel Requirements

This position requires substantial travel (50-75%) by car and plane, including both local and neighboring geographic territories. You must hold and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to drive long distances. Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy.
