As a full-time Regional Banker/Teller, you will be part of the Regional Resource Team, supporting multiple branches in PNC's Youngstown Retail Market, and engaging in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities.
Position Overview
In this role, you will manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. You will participate in proactive sales and service activities, identify referral opportunities, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet. Your primary goal will be to position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, leveraging your knowledge of banking products, digital awareness, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, using a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty and managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.
