Job Overview
As a Regional Central Selling Manager at Lowe's, you will be responsible for leading our Central Selling programs within an assigned region, ensuring the achievement of sales, margin, close rate, and profitability goals. You will manage and drive the performance of the Central Selling Supervisor team, providing regular feedback and development opportunities to direct reports. Your expertise in forecasting and analysis will be crucial in establishing recruiting and hiring needs for long-term production. You will also be accountable for measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and assuming responsibility for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive Central Selling Supervisor team performance, providing regular feedback and development opportunities to direct reports.
 - Conduct forecasting and analysis of day-to-day operations to establish recruiting and hiring needs for long-term production.
 - Lead Central Selling programs within an assigned region to ensure the achievement of sales, margin, close rate, and profitability goals.
 - Translate business plans into tactical action items, communicate goals and objectives, and oversee work assignments to align team efforts.
 - Effectively motivate and engage employees, creating an environment that celebrates team success and seeks feedback.
 - Provide feedback to the Central Selling Director regarding process and department opportunities, with recommendations to solve.
 - Lead implementation strategies for new capabilities as assigned by the Director.
 - Establish feedback loops for Central Selling, Stores, and Provider Leadership Teams.
 - Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver Central Selling departmental objectives.
 - Hire, coach, and develop district-level leaders, providing meaningful development opportunities for individuals in preparation for succession planning.
 - Monitor industry trends to identify and present opportunities for business improvement and/or growth.
 - Collaborate with region leaders and their teams to ensure Central Selling initiatives are supported as needed.
 - Participate actively in regular staff meetings and planning initiatives with regional leadership teams.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with 5-7 years of leadership experience with direct and indirect report responsibility. You should also have 4 years of experience in a management position in a retail environment or Contact Center, as well as 3 years of experience executing multiple programs and 3 years of experience working across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, we prefer candidates with a Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with 8-10 years of leadership experience with direct and indirect responsibility for large teams. Additionally, 5 years of experience working closely with leadership (Manager and above) would be highly beneficial.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
