Key Responsibilities

  • Own and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing-driven experimentation, testing, optimizing, scaling, and automating successful traffic-driving strategies for on-site search and high-traffic pages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and tech teams to test and implement new features and analyses, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track KPIs and progress towards goals to measure the outcome of CX initiatives, campaigns, experimentation, and new drives, using data to inform marketing programs and strategies.
  • Project Management: Foster cycles to gather inputs from partner teams, communicate key information and deadlines, and effectively navigate and propose new ways to assist clients in finding products on Amazon.
  • Performance Reporting: Manage and report out on project status and results, ensuring transparency and accountability in marketing performance.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ Years of Experience: In digital marketing or product management, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-visibility projects in an ambiguous environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in marketing principles and practices.
  • Proven Track Record: Of taking end-to-end ownership of projects, with high standards for marketing performance and a commitment to delivering results.
