Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive life-cycle management of leadership development programs, from participant outreach and application through to program delivery and evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate and moderate meetings and events, catering to both small and large groups (ranging from 4 to 100+ participants), and ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Oversee program logistics, including managing application platforms, ensuring effective communication throughout the program life cycle, and maintaining accurate records on program activities.
- Collaborate with team members to design and enhance program curriculum, contributing innovative ideas for new programs and events, and driving continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze program data to drive continuous improvement, ensure diverse perspectives are integrated into our learning objectives, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records on program activities, assist in planning documents, and manage CRM data related to program operations, ensuring data-driven insights and informed decision-making.
- Conduct outreach to cultivate strategic relationships with community constituents, including youth organizations and campus leaders, and foster partnerships that drive impact and growth.
- Supervise seasonal interns and program staff, ensuring effective collaboration, support, and mentorship, and contributing to the development of future leaders.
