About the Role and Responsibilities

As a Benefits Administration Services Associate II, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and assisting participants in making informed decisions about their benefits. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client-specific inquiries through multiple channels, including telephone and web correspondence, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting participants with the information needed to make informed decisions about their benefits, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their options.
  • Completing transactions related to customer inquiries with limited supervision, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards, and ensuring that all interactions are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
  • Explaining the appropriate participant forms and providing guidance on completion, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Completing follow-up and call backs in a timely manner, escalating issues as appropriate, and ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up-to-date, maintaining accurate and detailed records, and ensuring that all data is handled in accordance with our strict confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including:

  • A High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug test, ensuring that you meet our strict standards for integrity and reliability.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment, and to resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • A minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute (WPM) on a computer, with accurate and efficient data entry skills, and the ability to navigate multiple software systems and applications.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with a range of $31,200 - $39,000 per year, depending on experience and performance, and a range of perks and benefits, including:
