Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting remote opportunity with an immediate start, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive training. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions, including promoting products and services to our new and existing customers. Your goal will be to provide solutions to customers, from simple concerns to escalated and complex situations, ensuring that they get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in both Spanish and English via phone, promoting products and services, and resolving technical issues.
- Work a pre-planned schedule, with open availability including weekends and holidays, and flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks based on business needs.
- Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues, taking back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls throughout your shift.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours, ensuring minimal to no distractions during your shift, and maintain superb attendance.
- Operate multiple windows and tabs smoothly while providing Best In Class Customer Experience, demonstrating tech savviness and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
- An openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new techniques, with a strong ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift.
- Superb attendance and open availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, as well as weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks and the ability to be on camera during all video meetings.
Preferred qualifications include experience working in a remote or call center environment, proficiency in multiple languages, and a background in technical support or troubleshooting.

Work-at-Home Technical Requirements
To work from home, you will need to meet our technical requirements, which include:
- A dedicated home office workspace with a stable internet connection.
- A minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload, with 99% uptime and no bandwidth or data caps.
- A wired Ethernet connection between your modem and PC, without the use of an adapter.
- DISH-provided equipment, including a PC tower, monitors, and associated cabling.
We will provide all initial equipment required to perform the role, aside from home internet. You will be responsible for maintaining a backup/spare of each item to avoid downtime.
